Shanye Crawford (Founder/CEO, SR Equity Consultant)

Shanye has a Masters in Spanish Literature and French Linguistics from the University of Georgia. In addition to 10-years  as a HS foreign language teacher, she has been playing frisbee for 17 years in a multitude of divisions including: women’s, mixed, masters, and even professional. Shanye has also coached ultimate frisbee at the middle school, 

Chupzi Lema (JR Equity Consultant, Webmaster)

Chupzi started playing ultimate her second year of college with Georgia Tech Wreck. She captained Wreck for 3 seasons and was their 2020 Callahan nominee. Chupzi graduated from Tech in May with a B.S. in Computer Science. In addition to her role as a JR Consultant with D/D, she currently works as an educator at The Paidiea School and as a member on the 

Tayara Romero (Digital Media Producer)

Tayara began playing ultimate frisbee as a freshman in high school, and has only continued to rise through the ranks. She currently captains Syracuse University’s womxn’s Fox Force 7 (@foxforcesevenultimate), and is double-majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Environment, Sustainability, & Policy.
